基于传播学视角下的高校网络舆情管理机制研究

摘要
在网络环境下,高校突发事件的與论传播,使高校在进行與情监控和與论管理的同时面临新困境.文章以传播学理论为视角,探析高校网络舆情演化的复杂性与管理策略.研究显示:高校网络舆情信息呈现非理性发展和聚集性爆发时,会演变成一种风险信息传播和驱动的过程;舆情监控应根据演变过程中不同阶段传播特征,建立健全舆情应对与管理机制,以便迅速有效地处置好各类舆情事件,为学校的稳定和发展创造良好的舆论环境.
Abstract
The dissemination of university emergencies in the network environment makes universities face new dilem-mas while monitoring and managing the public opinion.The article explores the complexity and management strategies of the evolution of university online public opinion from the perspective of communication theory.This study indicates that the information of university network public opinion shows irrational development and aggregated outbreak,and evolve in-to a process of crisis information dissemination and drive.According to the communication characteristics of crisis infor-mation at different stages of the evolution process,the establishment and improvement of public opinion response and management mechanism should be made to deal with all kinds of public opinion crisis events quickly and effectively,so as to create a good public opinion environment for the stability and development of the university.
