According to traditional ethics,human relations not only stipulate the role responsibility of family mem-bers,but also profoundly reflect the spirit of'love'among family members strong"altruist"enotions and actions.Fami-ly's'justice'contains two aspects of obligation and right,which contains the balance of equivalence,legitimacy and ra-tionality.Contemporary Chinese family'justice'should establish a correct concept,implement the corresponding system guarantee,use the moral function of public opinion,and strive to guide the society to eliminate the breeding of family in-justice.
