With the advent of the age of intelligence,the demand for digital competencies in the workplace has become higher.Therefore,from the perspective of organizational behavior and combined with the JD-R model,based on 231 sample data,and using hierarchical regression and Bootstrap method,this study empirically investigated the mechanism and boundary conditions of digital competencies affecting employees'work engagement.The results show that:digital competencies has a significant positive effect on work engagement;Psychological empowerment partially mediated the re-lationship between digital competencies and work engagement;Flow experience positively moderates the relationship be-tween psychological empowerment and work engagement.These findings have strategic reference significance for the cul-tivation of digital competencies and the improvement of work engagement.
