居民参与、组织培育与社区环境志愿服务意愿研究

摘要
居民社区环境志愿服务意愿对提高居民参与度和推动社区环境改善具有一定意义.文章使用问卷调查数据进行实证分析,研究发现,居民日常参与和环境保护类社区自组织对居民社区环境治理志愿服务意愿具有显著正向作用.社区应采用差异化志愿服务动员措施,鼓励居民参与社区环境治理监督,培育环境保护类社区自组织,提升居民参与社区环境治理志愿服务意愿,进一步优化社区环境.
Abstract
The willingness of residents to participate in community environmental volunteer services is of great signifi-cance in increasing resident participation and promoting community environmental improvement.This article analyzed questionnaire survey data and found that residents'daily participation and environmental protection community self-organ-ization have a significant positive effect on their willingness to volunteer for community environmental governance.The community,by adopting differentiated volunteer mobilization measures,encourages residents to participate in the supervi-sion and publicity education of community environmental governance,empowers residents,cultivates community self-or-ganizations focused on environmental protection,and enhances the willingness of residents to participate in volunteer serv-ices for community environmental governance,thereby further improving the quality of the community environment.
