个性化人才培养模式的改革是提高人才培养质量的底层逻辑,是培养创新人才的重要途径和发展学生个性的关键举措.为着力强化人才培养教育改革成效,安徽工程大学纺织服装学院以纺织类专业人才培养模式创新改革为切入,运用IPA分析法剖析学院在个性化人才培养模式改革过程中的若干问题,在此基础上,结合学生出口导向,提出"创新型+应用型"人才培养模式改革路径,有效实现当前本科生个性化、精准化的分类培养目标.
The reform of personalized talent cultivation mode is the underlying logic to improve the quality of talent cultivation,an important way to cultivate innovative talents,and a key measure to develop student personalities.In order to strengthen the effectiveness of talent cultivation and education reform,the School of Textile and Clothing at Anhui Uni-versity of Engineering takes the innovative reform of talent cultivation mode in textile majors as the starting point,and u-ses IPA analysis method to deeply analyze the importance and satisfaction of relevant indicators in the personalized talent cultivation reform process of the college.Based on this,combined with the student export orientation,a"innovative+ap-plied"talent cultivation reform model is proposed,effectively achieving the current personalized and precise classification training goals for undergraduate students.
