摘要

高校是培养人才的基地,是大学生接受规范教育的重要一站.体育教学应积极探索课程思政的融入方式,坚持立德树人教育理念,结合课程特点,助力大学生成长成才.文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和数据分析法,探求国防教育与拓展训练的契合点及融合措施.研究显示,国防教育与拓展训练融入高校体育教学,在践行立德树人方面具有独特优势,能够有效提升体育与德育教学效果,拓宽情景式、体验式教学方法,彰显高校在塑造全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人中的关键作用.

Abstract

Colleges and universities are the base for cultivating talents,and it is the last stop for college students to receive standardized education.Physical education teaching should actively explore the integration of ideological and politi-cal education into the curriculum,adhere to the educational philosophy of"building morality,fostering talent",and com-bine the characteristics of the curriculum to help college students grow and become a useful person.Through methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and data analysis,this article explores the integrating point and integra-tion measures of national defense education and outward bound training.The research results show that that,integrated with national defense education and outward bound training,college physical education has unique advantages in practicing moral education,which can improve the teaching effectiveness of physical education and moral education,and broaden scenario-based and experiential teaching methods.It also highlights the key role of colleges and universities in cultivating all-round socialist builders and successors.
