The Effectiveness,Problems,and Strategic Paths of Grassroots Party Building Leading the Construction of Credit Villages——Taking Tianchang City,Anhui Province as an Example
Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the construction of an agricultural power-house are important deployments of CPC Central Committee.Accelerating the construction of rural credit system and giv-ing full play to the role of grassroots party building in promoting rural revitalization is essential.The article takes the de-velopment process and effectiveness of grassroots party building leading the construction of credit villages in Tianchang City,Anhui Province as the research object,summarizes the problems existing in grassroots party building leading the construction of credit villages,conducts strategic analysis from institutional advantages,and clarifies the optimization practice path.In the construction of credit villages,guided by the grassroots party building,efforts should be made to cultivate a cadre team with both excellent qualities and professional skills,to elevate the ideological concepts of cadres and the masses,and to enhance the efficiency of digital technology application.By doing so,a comprehensive rural credit sys-tem can be established and a favorable economic environment will be made for the revitalization of rural areas.
