摘要
文章呈现了从先秦两汉、晋唐五代到宋元明清我国古代体育文化发展的基本格局,考察了宋代体育文化繁盛的机理.研究认为,宋代体育文化在军事体育、健身养生和休闲娱乐体育等维度上达到封建社会的鼎盛,其繁盛的背后有政治、经济、文化和组织等多方面的内在机理,它的繁盛充分展现了中华民族传统体育文化的博大精深和源远流长.在此基础上,文章提出现代城市民俗体育活动发展的新思路.
Abstract
The paper employs textual and historical analysis methods,starting from the perspective of folklore,to discuss the basic patterns of development of ancient sports culture in China from the Pre-Qin,Han,Jin,Tang,and Five Dynasties periods to the Song,Yuan,Ming,and Qing dynasties.It particularly examines the mechanisms behind the flourishing of sports culture in the Song Dynasty,which transferred to the civilian sphere.The study posits that the sports culture of the Song Dynasty reached its zenith in feudal society in dimensions such as military sports,fitness and wellness,and leisure and entertainment,with its prosperity underpinned by a complex interplay of political,economic,cultural,and organizational factors.The flourishing of this period fully demonstrates the profound and extensive heritage of traditional Chinese sports culture.Building on this,the article proposes new ideas for the development of modern urban folk sports activities.
