The spirit of model worker is an important content of advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteris-tics,which contains rich educational value and times value,and is an important resource for the construction of"great ide-ological and political course".The key to integrate the spirit of model workers into the construction of"big ideological and political course"lies in clarifying the educational rationalization of the spirit value recognition of model workers and form-ing a long-term operation mechanism.Through practice,we have explored and formed the practice path of"model worker+Ideological and political course"which runs through the whole period of"beginning-graduation",the full range of"in-class-extra-class"and the full experience of"theory-practice".
