摘要

文章介绍了一个新的有机化学综合实验:从天然产物丁香花中提取丁香酚,以丁香花为原料,利用水蒸气蒸馏提取了一种重要的原料产品——丁香酚.在催化条件下,对提取产物进行异构化反应,得到了异丁香酚,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和核磁共振波谱仪对产品的结构进行表征.该实验不仅考核了蒸馏、萃取、洗涤和干燥等基本实验操作方法,又考核了对大型分析仪器设备的使用,对提升学生的综合实验技能和管理能力具有重要意义.

Abstract

A new comprehensive experiment of organic chemistry on the extraction of eugenol from the natural prod-uct lilac is introduced in this paper.Eugenol,an important raw material,was extracted from lilac by steam distillation.I-soeugenol was obtained by isomerization of the extracted product under catalytic conditions,and the structure of the prod-uct was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer.The ex-periment not only examined the basic experimental operations such as distillation,extraction,washing and drying,but al-so inspected the use of large-scale analytical instruments,which is of great significance to improve students'comprehen-sive experimental skills and management ability.
