基于新能源汽车智能化成本的供应链效益研究

文章以单一上游电池制造商和下游整车制造商构成的二级供应链为研究对象,通过构建市场需求函数和智能化投入成本函数,利用逆向归纳法求解各模式下的最优决策,分析了分散决策、成本分摊和收益共享3种模式下的供应链效益.研究表明,在成本分摊模式下,智能化水平和整车销售价格最高,供应链成员的利润也得到了较大提升,而分散决策和收益共享模式表现较弱,供应链成员间还需加强协同合作,合理使用成本分摊和收益共享机制,以更好地提升智能化水平和整体利润.
Research on the Supply Chain Performance of New Energy Vehicle Intelligentization Costs
This paper studies a two-tier supply chain consisting of a single upstream battery manufacturer and a down-stream vehicle manufacturer.It constructs market demand functions and intelligentization cost functions,and uses the backward induction method to solve the optimal decisions under different models.The analysis focuses on the supply chain performance in three modes:decentralized decision-making,cost-sharing,and revenue-sharing.The results show that in the cost-sharing mode,the level of intelligentization and vehicle sales prices are the highest,and the profits of supply chain members are significantly improved,while the decentralized decision-making and revenue-sharing modes perform weaker.Further collaboration between supply chain members is needed.
