Research on the Supply Chain Performance of New Energy Vehicle Intelligentization Costs
This paper studies a two-tier supply chain consisting of a single upstream battery manufacturer and a down-stream vehicle manufacturer. It constructs market demand functions and intelligentization cost functions, and uses the backward induction method to solve the optimal decisions under different models. The analysis focuses on the supply chain performance in three modes:decentralized decision-making,cost-sharing,and revenue-sharing.The results show that in the cost-sharing mode, the level of intelligentization and vehicle sales prices are the highest, and the profits of supply chain members are significantly improved, while the decentralized decision-making and revenue-sharing modes perform weaker.Further collaboration between supply chain members is needed.
