Research Status and Hot Trends of"Slow Employment"Phenomenon among Chinese College Students:Visual Analysis Based on Citespace
The study of the phenomenon of"slow employment"among college students under the new situation is currently a research hotspot.To gain a macro understanding of the current research status and hot trends of the phenome-non of"slow employment"among college students,this article uses CiteSpace software to visually analyze relevant litera-ture in the CNKI database from 2016 to 2024.The results indicate that the research on the phenomenon of"slow employ-ment"among college students has gone through a slow growth stage and a rapid growth stage;Research institutions are mainly concentrated in universities,with fewer publications in authoritative journals and more internal collaborations;Some authors lack sustained research capabilities in this field and have not yet formed a backbone of research in this area,resulting in limited collaboration among authors;The research hot topics focus on keywords such as slow employment,vocational colleges,college students,graduates,and countermeasures;Future research trends will focus on employment services,influencing factors,guidance strategies,and employment quality themes.
