Uehara Senroku was the Pioneer scholars studying world history theory of the post-war Japanese.The world history the-ory proposed by Uehara Senroku thus solving the international status issues of national independence after World War Ⅱ by estab-lishing the"subjectivity"of national historical understanding with important practical significance.Research has shown that the creation of the Uehara theory of world history is,in a sense,a manifestation of post-war Japan's proactive adjustment of its under-standing of world history based on changes in the international order.Moreover,this theory has played a positive role in breaking the"Western centrism"in Japanese historical research and education.Therefore,deepening the discussion of this theory and val-ue can provide a certain mirror for the current Chinese academic circles to explore the"Eastern factors"contained in the construc-tion of the discipline system of world history,so as to carry out"International and Area Studies"beyond the hegemony of Western discourse.
