多级孔TS-1分子筛的制备及催化1-辛烯环氧化性能研究

以P123为辅助试剂,制备了一系列分级孔TS-1分子筛.利用红外、紫外、XRD、BET、ICP等对所得样品进行了表征.对样品在过氧化氢环氧化1-辛烯反应中的催化性能进行了评价.结果表明,所得分级孔TS-1沸石均具有典型的MFI结构,其形貌和结构随P123分子量不同有一定的变化.在优化的反应条件下,用P123(MW=5800)合成的样品可以有效地将1一辛烯转化为相应的环氧化物,相应产率可达56.05%,环氧化物选择性可达59.2%.
Preparation of Hierarchical TS-1 Zeolite and the Research on Epoxidation of Catalyzing of 1-octene
A series of hierarchical TS-1 zeolite were prepared using P123 as an auxiliary agent.The resultant samples were characterized by using IR,UV-Vis,XRD,BET and ICP were evaluated as cata-lysts for the epoxidation of 1-octene with hydrogen peroxide.The results reveal that all the hierarchical TS-1 zeolite have the typical MFI structure and their morphology change somewhat with the different P123.The sample synthesized with P123(MW=5 800)could efficiently convert 1-octene to the corre-sponding epoxide with a high yield of 56.05%and high epoxide selectivity of 59.2%under an opti-mized reaction condition.
