大型富氧底吹炉熔炼渣含铜的研究及控制

摘要
结合中原冶炼厂大型富氧底吹炉生产运行数据,研究分析渣含铜的主要影响因素,并制定相应调控措施.通过工艺参数优化,底吹炉熔炼渣含铜从6%以上降至3.32%,解决了底吹炉在高处理能力情况下的渣含铜偏高问题,为类似企业提供技术借鉴.
Abstract
Production operation data from a large-scale oxygen-enriched bottom-blowing furnace in Zhongyuan smelting plant were analyzed to study the main factors affecting copper content in slag,and corresponding control mea-sures were developed.The results showed that the copper content in the slag of the bottom-blowing furnace decreased from above 6%to 3.32%,effectively addressing the problem of high copper content in slag in the bottom-blowing fur-nace under high treatment capacity.This study provides technical references for similar enterprises.
