Experimental study on treatment technology of high salt process water in a gold smelting enterprise
Using the high salt process water of a gold smelting enterprise as raw materials, the composition of pollutants were identified through full component analysis. The pretreatment of calcium and magnesium removal, chemical precipi-tation,evaporative crystallization(MVR,film evaporation),freezing crystallization, and other treatment technologies were used for explorative and experimental research. The results showed that when the amount of sodium carbonate was 2 g/L,calcium and magnesium impurity ions were removed effectively;calcium chloride and barium chloride can achieve the best treatment effect in 0.5 h,and the removal rates of SO42-are 79.5%and 91.5%respectively;the mass concentration of ions in MVR evaporated clear liquid is very low,and mainly concentrated in crystallization. The average recovery rate of crystallization is 93.9%;when the film evaporation temperature is 80 ℃ and the concentra-tion is at 5 multiples, the mass concentration of pollutants in the clear solution is very low and can be fully reused, and the concentrated solution can be evaporated into sodium sulfate crystals,of which the recovery rate is 94.4%;when the freezing temperature is-4 ℃ and the freezing time is 24 h,the crystallization will not increase. At this time, the average recovery of crystallization is 71.8%,and the content of sodium sulfate in the frozen mother liquor decreases to 3.1%,which can be returned to the process for use.
