Fluid inclusion characteristics and genesis of Daiwangshan Gold Deposit in Aohan Banner,Inner Mongolia
Based on the study of fluid inclusion,S isotope of pyrite, and C and O isotope of calcite in quartz and calcite in Daiwangshan Gold Deposit, the properties of ore-forming fluid, material source, and deposit genesis are dis-cussed.The results show that fluid inclusions in quartz can be divided into 3 types:gas-liquid two-phase inclusions(type Ⅰ),CO2-containing three-phase inclusions(typeⅡ),and pure CO2-phase inclusions(typeⅢ).The ore-forming fluid has the characteristics of medium temperature(171℃-280℃),low salinity(5.4%-11.7%),and low density(1.07-1.13 g/cm3).It is a H2 O-CO2-CH4 fluid system. The metallogenic depth is estimated to be 2.1-3.0 km,belonging to the shallow deposit. The δ34 S values range from-1.0 ‰ to-0.9 ‰,indicating that the sulfur in the ore-forming fluid originates from magmatic activity;the δ13 CV-PDB values range from-8.4 ‰ to-1.5 ‰,and the δ18 OV-SMOW values range from 6.3 ‰to 19.7 ‰,suggesting that the sources of carbon and oxygen were multi-source.Based on the characteristics of ore-forming fluid and sources of ore-forming materials,it is considered that the genesis type of Daiwangshan Gold Deposit is a shallow orogenic type related to the closed orogenic paleo-Asian Ocean.
