摘要

青海某金锑矿矿物组成复杂,金主要包裹在硫化物、氧化物及毒砂中,锑主要以辉锑矿和锑华矿物形态存在,有害元素砷含量较高,为难选冶矿石.针对该金锑矿矿石性质,进行了工艺矿物学研究、浮选条件试验及闭路试验.在最佳选别条件下,闭路试验可获得锑品位60.86%、锑回收率94.87%的锑精矿及金品位51.23 g/t、金回收率69.94%的金精矿.试验取得了较好的指标,为该类矿石的选矿工艺确定及开发利用提供了参考.

Abstract

The gold-antimony ore from Qinghai has a complex mineral composition,with gold primarily encapsulated in sulfides,oxides,and arsenopyrite,and antimony mainly present in stibnite and valentinite.The ore contains a high level of harmful arsenic,making it challenging to process.Mineralogical studies,flotation condition tests,and closed-circuit tests were conducted based on the characteristics of the ore.Under optimal separation conditions,the closed-circuit test yielded an antimony concentrate with a grade of 60.86%and a recovery rate of 94.87%,and a gold concentrate with a grade of 51.23 g/t and a recovery rate of 69.94%.These promising results provide a reference for the beneficiation process development and utilization of this type of ore.
