Design and application of a low-carbon and high-efficiency bio-oxidation gold extraction tank
To address challenges in current bio-oxidation pretreatment gold extraction technology,such as limited oxidation tank capacity,high energy consumption,and significant carbon emissions,this study designed a low-carbon and high-efficiency bio-oxidation gold extraction tank.The design successfully achieved a single-tank capacity exceeding 1 000 m3,with expected energy savings of 15%-20%and a reduction in acidic gas emissions by over 90%.In practical applications,the design reduced one-time investment costs for each unit by 10%-20%,significantly improved overall oxidation and gold extraction efficiency,shortened the microbial oxidation cycle,and decreased operational energy consumption by more than 10%,while ensuring the pollution-free emission of acidic gases.The design and application of this low-carbon and high-efficiency bio-oxidation gold extraction tank can efficiently recover gold elements,reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions,and promote the green,sustainable development of the industry.This innovation provides solid support for the broader adoption of bio-oxidation pretreatment gold extraction technology.
