Subjective Well-being Perception of Public Rental Housing Community Residents——ACase of Wuhan
Public rental housing is an important policy to improve the living environment of low-and mid-dle-income people.The subjective well-being level of public rental housing community residents directly re-flects the effectiveness of public rental housing construction of livelihood projects.This paper takes the public rental housing community residents as the research object,and conducts field research on the public rental housing community in Wuhan.According to the characteristics of public rental housing community residents,the Critic weight method is used to construct the subjective well-being evaluation model of pub-lic rental housing residents.The subjective well-being of public rental housing community residents is eval-uated,and the influencing factors of subjective well-being of public rental housing residents are explored.The results show that the overall evaluation of residents'subjective well-being in public rental housing communities in Wuhan is high.Social relations,public services,leisure and entertainment,health status and other factors have positive and obvious effects on residents'subjective well-being,while economic conditions and living environment have negative effects on residents'subjective well-being in public rental housing communities,but on the whole,moving into public rental housing communities has a significant indigenous effect on improving people's well-being.
