磁场对KDCMSV特种钢摩擦磨损性能的影响研究

为了改善KDCMSV盾构滚刀特种钢表面的耐磨性,对其普通织构表面进行了激光淬火.采用金相显微镜观察显微组织,并通过维氏硬度计测显微硬度;采用高速高温摩擦磨损试验机分别在磁场环境下与普通环境下对无处理表面、普通织构表面、激光淬火化织构表面进行摩擦磨损对比试验,并用激光共聚焦显微镜观察、分析磨痕及磨损形貌.结果表明:在磁场强度为7 mT时,不同盾构滚刀特种钢表面的减摩效果不同,普通织构表面的减摩效果最佳.磁场干摩擦技术在盾构滚刀特种钢的应用,有助于改善其表面的耐磨性.
Effect of Magnetic Field on Friction and Wear Properties of Special Steel for Shield Hob
In order to improve the wear resistance of special steel surface of KDCMSV shield hob,its ordi-nary texture surface was laser quenched in this paper.The microstructure was observed by metallographic microscope and the microhardness was measured by Vickers hardness tester.The friction and wear tests of untreated surface,ordinary textured surface and laser quenched textured surface were carried out by high speed and high temperature friction and wear tester under magnetic field environment and ordinary envi-ronment respectively.The wear marks and wear morphology were observed and analyzed by laser confocal microscope.The results show that when the magnetic field strength is 7mt,the antifriction effect of special steel surface of different shield hobs is different,and the antifriction effect of ordinary texture surface is the best.The application of magnetic field dry friction technology in special steel of shield hob is helpful to improve the wear resistance of its surface.
