Herpes simplex virus type 2,a type of oncolytic virus,has a killing effect on tumour cells in vitro and a growth inhibiting effect on tumour tissue in vivo.Geranylic acid and choline bicarbonate ionic liquids have the effect of promoting drug absorption and retaining the drug in the tissues.In this paper,we synthesized geranylic acid choline bicarbonate ionic liquid,made by salt complex decomposition,distilled and purified by recrystallisation,and replaced the original solvent of herpes simplex virus type 2 by mixing with a certain proportion of PBS solution.The tumour killing effect of oncolytic virus is enhanced by the long-term presence of oncolytic virus in the tumour tissue.
