医用防护服粉碎装置设计

为提升粉碎装置对医用防护服混合物的粉碎性能,需对粉碎装置进行优化设计.采用模块化设计与粉碎过程分析的方法,对医用防护服粉碎装置的动刀安装角度与刀架安装布局进行改进设计,使用ADAMS对优化前后的粉碎装置进行仿真模拟.结果表明:将粉碎动刀的安装角度由水平安装提升至与水平方向呈60.8°的夹角后,粉碎装置对医用防护服的剪切力提升了 34%;动刀刀架以间隔15°的方式进行布局,刀架工作时所受到的应力由3960 N下降至660 N;对医用防护服混合物剪切时,优化后的单辊式粉碎机刀架布局角速度波动范围由625~820°/s降低至700~800°/s,角加速度无明显波动,振动明显降低.
Design of Crushing Device for Medical Protective Clothing
In order to improve the crushing performance of the crushing device for medical protective cloth-ing mixture,the crushing device needs to be optimized.Using the method of modular design and crushing process analysis,the moving knife installation angle and tool post installation layout of medical protective clothing crushing device were improved.ADAMS was used to simulate the crushing device before and after optimization.The results show that the shearing force of the crushing device on the medical protective clothing is increased by 34%after the installation angle of the crushing knife is increased from the horizon-tal installation to an angle of 60.8° with the horizontal direction.The moving tool holder is arranged at an interval of 15°.The stress on the tool holder during operation decreases from 3960N to 660N.When the op-timized single roller grinder tool holder layout cuts the medical protective clothing mixture,the angular velocity fluctuation range decreases from 625°/s-820°/s to 700°/s-800°/s,the angular acceleration does not fluctuate significantly,and the vibration is significantly reduced.It provides a design reference for the per-formance improvement of medical protective clothing crushing device.
