Cross-border M & A is an important way for enterprises to"Go out"and plays an important role in the strategic growth of our enterprises.Acquiring resources and upgrading the value chain are the main reasons for enterprises to carry out cross-border M & A.After cross-border M & A,enterprises need to pay attention to the integration of internal key nodes and external value chain,in order to achieve the ex-pansion and extension of the value chain,to play a synergistic effect.The micro-features,resource differ-ences,cultural differences and environmental regulations of the enterprises of both sides will affect the val-ue chain integration.
