The Effects of Entrepreneurial Leadership and Job Crafting on Innovative Behavior——A Chain Mediation Model
In the context of digital transformation,entrepreneurial leadership,possessing double character-istics of an entrepreneur and a leader,has strong advantages in dealing with uncertain market environment and promoting organizational innovation.Based on self-determination theory,this study used survey data from 328 employees to explore how entrepreneurial leadership can motivate their subordinates to innovate.The results showed that:entrepreneurial leadership was significantly positively correlated with innovative behavior;this positive relationship was mediated by job crafting,and also mediated by work meaningful-ness;job crafting and work meaningfulness played a chain mediating effects between entrepreneurial lead-ership and innovative behavior.
