创业型领导与工作重塑对创新行为的影响——一个链式中介效应模型

数字化转型背景下,创业型领导兼具创业者和领导者的双重特征,在应对不确定的市场环境,促进组织创新方面具有较强优势.本研究基于自我决定理论,采用问卷法,以328名员工为样本进行研究,探索创业型领导如何激发下属创新.结果表明:创业型领导与下属创新行为显著正相关;工作重塑部分中介创业型领导与创新行为;工作意义部分中介创业型领导与创新行为;工作重塑、工作意义连续中介了创业型领导和创新行为之间的关系.
The Effects of Entrepreneurial Leadership and Job Crafting on Innovative Behavior——A Chain Mediation Model
In the context of digital transformation,entrepreneurial leadership,possessing double character-istics of an entrepreneur and a leader,has strong advantages in dealing with uncertain market environment and promoting organizational innovation.Based on self-determination theory,this study used survey data from 328 employees to explore how entrepreneurial leadership can motivate their subordinates to innovate.The results showed that:entrepreneurial leadership was significantly positively correlated with innovative behavior;this positive relationship was mediated by job crafting,and also mediated by work meaningful-ness;job crafting and work meaningfulness played a chain mediating effects between entrepreneurial lead-ership and innovative behavior.
