Study on the Development Constraints of Assembled Buildings in Hangzhou based on ISM-MICMAC
Under the"double carbon"environment,China's assembled buildings have been vigorously de-veloped,but how to divide the multiple non-independent factors affecting assembled buildings more clearly and find the root causes affecting the development of assembled buildings has become a hot topic in the in-dustry.Based on literature analysis, questionnaires and expert scoring, this paper screens out 16 key influ-encing factors affecting the development of assembled buildings in Hangzhou, where the main influencing factors are divided into four categories:market economy, related industries, policy measures and produc-tion process. The explanatory structure model ISM and the multiplicative method of cross-influence matrix MICMAC were used to process the reachable matrix respectively,to derive the five levels of structural re-lationships as well as the degree of dependency and driving force role of each factor. The findings suggest that the government should intervene appropriately in market decisions and gradually improve the assem-bled building standard system,so as to facilitate the construction and promotion of assembled buildings in Hangzhou.
