Research on the Adaptability of Higher Vocational Major and Industry to Chinese Path to Modernization
As the carrier of transporting a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for re-gional economic development,the major of higher vocational colleges is an important basis to highlight the orientation and characteristics of higher vocational colleges.59 higher vocational colleges in Hubei province as the research object,on the basis of the statistical yearbook from 2012 to 2021 in Hubei province and the quality of the annual report,the industrial structure in Hubei province in recent years,the change trend and the status quo of the professional structure perspective,using monadic linear regression model of re-search methods to analyze the characteristics of vocational college professional setting and the degree of fit between the industrial structure.It is found that the specialty coverage of higher vocational colleges in Hu-bei Province is wide,but there are also some problems such as the concentration of specialty distribution and the obvious homogeneity of specialty setting.Based on the reality of Hubei Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as formulating the plan of higher vocational education in Hubei Province scientifically,perfecting the early warning and dynamic adjustment mechanism of major setting,so as to provide the guarantee of high-quality skilled talents for the high-quality development of Hubei Province.
