HU-308和ACPA对斑马鱼的行为影响评价

为了解兴奋剂对脊椎动物早期发育的影响,以斑马鱼为研究对象,以HU-308和ACPA为兴奋剂,对斑马鱼的心率和体长两项指标进行测定.结果发现:在一定浓度梯度范围内,HU-308和ACPA兴奋剂对体长的影响均不大,ACPA的浓度为0.5 μmol/L时,对心率的影响最大;HU-308的浓度为50 μmol/L时,对心率的影响最大.两者均可以加快斑马鱼的心率.
Effects of HU-308 and ACPA on Heart Rate and Body Length of Zebrafish
In order to understand the effects of agonists on the early development of vertebrates,we took zebrafish as the research object and used HU-308 and ACPA as agonists to measure the heart rate and body length of zebrafish.The results showed that the maximum concentration of ACPA in the detection of body length and heart rate was 0.5 pM.The maximum concentration of HU-308 for heart rate and body length detection was 50 μM,and preliminary findings showed that both HU-308 and ACPA had little effect on body length at the optimal concentration,but both could accelerate the heart rate of zebrafish.
