Research on the Influence of Innovative Industrial Clusters on Industrial Bases Agglomeration Effect
The"Management Measures for the Construction of National Torch Characteristic Industrial Ba-ses"proposes the establishment of a gradient cultivation mechanism for characteristic industrial bases,ai-ming to guide the clustered development of such bases and continuously enhance the correlation between clusters and industrial bases.Panel data of clusters and industrial bases from 2014 to 2021 were selected to construct a cluster-based agglomeration effect index system.Entropy weight method,fixed effect model and panel Tobit model are used to test the difference in the impact of clusters on the agglomeration effect of industrial bases,and reveal the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and regional differences of the agglomeration effect of industrial bases based on the coefficient of variation and static panel model.The re-sults show that the innovative industry clusters has a strong impact on enterprise agglomeration and bene-fit agglomeration of industrial bases,while the structure of cluster enterprises and innovation density have a strong impact on the agglomeration effect of industrial bases.The gap between the industrial bases and the central-western clusters will gradually narrow over time.The growth rate of the eastern industrial ba-ses agglomeration will not converge with the passage of time.By improving the correlation between inno-vative industrial clusters and industrial bases with national and provincial high-tech zones,the gradient cul-tivation and enhancement of industrial bases-clusters are strengthened.
