The Influence of Human-machine Relationship on Employees'Service Innovative Behavior:Based on the Social Cognition Theory
In the era of digital intelligence,organizational behavior is deeply influenced by artificial intelli-gence technology.Based on the social cognitive theory,this study explores the functioning mechanism and fringe conditions of human-machine relationship on employees'service innovative behavior at workplace.Through the analysis of 307 data from the hotel frontline service employees,it is found that there is a sig-nificant positive correlation between human-machine relationship and employees'service innovative behav-ior at workplace,that creative self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship,and that learning goal orientation is playing a moderating role both in the direct effects of human-machine relationship and creative self-efficacy and in the indirect effects of human-machine relationship on employees'service inno-vative behavior at workplace through creative self-efficacy.
