板栗脱壳机轻量化设计与研究

为解决我国部分地区板栗采摘、运输到脱壳过程的效率低、繁琐等问题,设计了一款轻量化的就地板栗脱壳装备.对机器整体结构进行优化设计,利用ANSYS软件对机器的机架进行静力分析,验证机架结构强度的合理性,在确保板栗脱壳机刚度、强度满足实际工况的前提下,运用变密度法进行拓扑优化实现结构的轻量化.优化后的脱壳机质量减少了 17.039 kg,降低了 25%.通过对机器结构的设计与优化仿真分析,设计出了满足就地脱壳的轻量化板栗脱壳机,为后续的板栗脱壳机设计提供了参考.
Lightweight Design and Research of Chestnut Sheller
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and tedious process of transporting chestnuts after picking them in some areas of China,a kind of chestnuts shucking equipment was designed in this paper.The overall structure of the machine was optimized,and the static analysis of the machine frame was car-ried out with ANSYS software to verify the rationality of the strength of the frame structure.On the premise of ensuring that the stiffness and strength of the chestnut sheller meet the actual working condi-tions,the topology optimization was carried out with variable density method to realize the lightweight structure.After optimization,the mass of the sheller is reduced by 17.039kg(25%).Through the design and optimization simulation analysis of the machine structure,the lightweight chestnut sheller satisfying the local sheller is designed,which provides a reference for the subsequent design of chestnut sheller.
