基于TOC/CBR/TRIZ的产品设计方法研究

针对目前产品开发设计过程中技术冲突问题不易解决和资源浪费严重等现象,提出约束理论(TOC)来找出设计过程中的核心技术因素.引入案例推理技术(CBR)实现对以往设计经验的重用,极大缩短产品设计周期,并结合发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)对首次出现的问题进行创新性解决.提出了一种融合TOC、CBR、TRIZ的产品设计方法,利用网络爬虫等手段整合现有产品存在的问题,基于相似度计算,找出解决目标设计最合理有效的方法,并将新问题解决方法导入实例库,为其他产品设计提供参考.空气净化器的设计研究表明,该设计方法能有效找出产品设计中的核心问题并且快速生成设计方案.
TOC/CBR/TRIZ-Based Product Design Methods
In response to the phenomenon that technical conflict problems are not easily solved and re-sources are wasted in the current product development and design process,the theory of inventive problem solving TRIZ is proposed to identify the core technical factors in the design process,and CBR is introduced to achieve the reuse of previous design experience and greatly reduce the product design cycle.The product design method integrates TOC,CBR and TRIZ by combining the theory of inventive problem solving TRIZ to find innovative solutions to problems that first appear.Using web crawlers and other means to in-tegrate the problems of existing products,the most reasonable and effective method to solve the target de-sign is identified based on similarity calculation,and the new problem-solving method is imported into a library of examples to provide reference for other product designs.The design study of an air purifier shows that this design method is effective in identifying the core problems in product design and generating design solutions quickly.
