Cultural governance is the deepest governance,and the governance dilemma of higher vocational colleges should seek a breakthrough from the cultural.From the perspective of culture,the article ex-plores the practical path of cultural governance by analyzing the connotation,characteristics and value functions of cultural governance in higher vocational colleges.In the process of governance,it firmly grasps the type characteristics and cultural genes of"integration of production and education,school enter-prise cooperation"in higher vocational colleges,builds the foundation with institutional culture,casts the soul with spiritual culture,and strengthens the body with behavioral culture.The three parties work to-gether to form a resultant force,providing endogenous power for the governance of higher vocational colle-ges.
