摘要

目的:通过分析HIV感染者骨代谢标志物水平, 探讨艾滋病病毒对骨代谢的影响及可能机制.方法:用化学发光法检测150例HIV感染人群和165例健康对照者骨钙素 (BGP) 、β-异构C-端肽 (β-CTX) 、Ⅰ型胶原氨基端肽原 (PⅠNP) 、甲状旁腺素 (PTH) 等骨代谢标志物结果并进行分析.结果:无论是男性或是女性HIV感染人群, BGP、PⅠNP、β-CTX均显著高于对照组人群 (P<0.01), 而PTH显著低于对照组人群 (P<0.01) .结论:HIV感染人群骨代谢标志物水平存在明显不同, 表现为骨吸收增加.

Abstract

Objective: To explore the influence of HIV on bone metabolism by analyzing the biomarkers levels of bone metabolism in patients with HIV.Methods: The level of bone glutamyl protein (BGP), procollagen type Ⅰ N-terminal propeptide (PⅠNP), beta-isomerized C-telopeptide (β-CTX) and para-thyroid hormone (PTH) were detected and analyzed by chemiluminescent immunoassay in 150 pa-tients with HIV and 165 healthy controls.Results: The levels of BGP, PⅠNP and β-CTX were sig-nificantly higher than those of control group in men and female patients with HIV, but the levels of PTH were significantly lower (P<0.01).Conclusion: The levels of biomarkers of bone metabolism were significantly different between healthy subjects and patients with bone resorption increased after HIV infection.
