心房颤动患者复律前后运动耐力变化的评估
Evaluation of changes in motor endurance before and after conversion in patients with atrial fibrillation

摘要
目的:探讨心房颤动患者复律前后运动耐力的变化,从而为房颤患者是否积极复律治疗提供依据.方法:选取在温州市中心医院就诊的进行过心肺运动试验(CPET)后成功复律的30例房颤患者为研究对象,在复律后再次完成心肺运动试验,用配对t检验进行心律转复前后数据比较.结果:30例心房颤动患者复律前后平均最大运动负荷、峰值公斤摄氧量(VO2max)、无氧阈摄氧量(VO2AT)、二氧化碳通气当量斜率(VE/VCO2slope)、最大心率(HRmax)、无氧阈心率(HRAT)、氧脉搏峰值(VO2max/HR)均有显著变化,以心率变化和氧脉搏峰值变化最为明显(P<0.01).结论:房颤患者复律成功能够明显提高运动耐力.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate whether atrial fibrillation(AF)can improve exercise endurance in pa-tients with AF,and thus provide active rhythm therapy in patients with AF.Methods:A total of thir-ty patients with AF with successful conversion after cardiorespiratory exercise test(CPET)were se-lected as the study subjects,CPET was completed again after conversion,and the data before and af-ter conversion were compared by paired t-test.Results:There were significant changes in mean maxi-mum exercise load,peak oxygen intake(VO2max),anaerobic threshold oxygen dose(VO2AT),car-bon dioxide ventilation equivalent slope(VE/VCO2slope),maximum heart rate(HRmax),anaerobic threshold heart rate(HRAT).The changes in heart rate and the peak oxygen pulse were the most ob-vious(P<0.01).Conclusion:Successful conversion in patients with atrial fibrillation can improve ex-ercise endurance significantly.
