摘要

干眼已成为眼科临床最常见的疾病之一,我国干眼患病人数居世界首位.随着近年来科学技术的进步,干眼检查技术发展迅速,目前与泪膜和视力的动态分析相关的无创设备可以实现干眼的诊断、亚型分析和严重程度评估.本文系统性总结了国内外最新的干眼诊断技术如功能性视力测量系统、泪膜稳定性分析系统、条状半月板测量管、泪液干涉成像、睑板腺形态成像、活体共聚焦生物显微镜等检查设备;分析了最新的观点和研究热点,为干眼的诊断与治疗提供参考.此外,本文总结了国内外治疗进展,包括神经生长因子、干细胞疗法,强脉冲光治疗、加湿加热护目镜、热脉动治疗等现代物理治疗方法,并对各种治疗方法的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗提供参考.

Abstract

Dry eye disease(DED)has become one of the most common clinical diseases in ophthalmology,and the number of patients with DED in China ranks first in the world.Current noninvasive devices related to the dynamic analysis of the tear film and visual acuity enable the diagnosis of dry eye,subtype analysis,and the extent of severity.This paper systematically summarizes the latest diagnostic techniques for dry eye,such as functional visual acuity(FVA)measurement system,tear stability analysis system(TSAS),strip meniscometry tube,tear interference imaging,meibomian gland morphological imaging,in vivo confocal biological microscopy(IVCM),and other inspection equipments.The latest viewpoints and research hotspots are analyzed to provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment of dry eye.In addition,this paper summarizes the treatment progress,including nerve growth factor(NGF),stem cell therapy,intense pulse light(IPL)therapy,warming moist chamber goggle,vectored thermal pulsation system,and other modem physical therapy methods,and provides a reference for clinical treatment.
