摘要
目的:探讨第四代达芬奇机器人Xi系统辅助经阴道自然腔道内镜手术(vNOTES)在妇科的应用疗效及围手术期需关注的问题.方法:回顾性分析武汉大学中南医院妇科2022年6月—2023年1月10例机器人辅助vNOTES(R-vNOTES)手术患者的临床资料及诊治经过,评估该术式手术时间、术中估计出血量、住院时间及围手术期并发症等.结果:R-vNOTES治疗妇科疾病患者术后恢复顺利,无出血、尿瘘、感染等相关并发症.结论:第四代达芬奇机器人Xi系统辅助vNOTES用于妇科良恶性疾病手术中具有一定的安全性和可行性,但仍需大样本前瞻性研究予以进一步证实.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and perioperative problems of the fourth-generation Da Vinci Xi robot-assisted vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(vNOTES)in gyne-cology.Methods:The clinical data and auxiliary examination results of 10 cases of robot-assisted vNOTES(R-vNOTES)in the Department of Gynecology of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University were retrospectively analyzed.The operation time,estimated blood loss,length of hospital stay,and perioperative complications were evaluated.Results:After R-vNOTES treatment,patients recovered smoothly without bleeding,urine leakage,infection,or other complications.Conclusion:R-vNOTES has certain safety and feasibility for gynecological benign and malignant diseases,but it still needs to be further confirmed by large-scale prospective studies.
