放射治疗在原发性肝癌中的研究进展

摘要
近十年来,原发性肝癌无论是在局部治疗还是在全身治疗上都取得了快速的突破进展.单一的局部治疗或全身治疗对局部复发和远处转移的控制并不理想,联合治疗模式已成为绝大多数原发性肝癌治疗的选择.以放射治疗为基础的联合治疗模式在临床研究中的疗效已得到证实,但是何种联合治疗模式是最佳的治疗模式仍需要基础与临床研究进一步证实.本文综述了在原发性肝癌中以放射治疗为基础的联合治疗模式的研究进展,期待更多及高质量的随机对照临床研究为原发性肝癌提供高级别的循证医学证据.
Abstract
In the past decade,rapid breakthroughs have been made in both local and systemic treatment of primary liver cancer.Single local treatment or systemic treatment is not ideal for the control of local recurrence and distant metastasis,and the combined treatment mode is the choice of the vast majority of patients with primary liver cancer.The efficacy of combination therapy mode based on radiotherapy has been proved in clinical studies,but which combination therapy mode is the best treatment mode still needs to be further confirmed by basic and clinical studies.This article reviews the research progress of combination therapy mode based on radiotherapy in primary liver cancer,and we expect more and high-quality randomized controlled clinical studies to provide high-level evidence-based medical evidence for primary liver cancer.
