Objective:To explore the effectiveness of implementing a tripartite integrated management model of family community hospital linkage for patients with severe mental disorders using informa-tion technology platforms. Methods:A total of 89 patients with severe mental disorders who were fol-lowed up at Wuhan Mental Health Center from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the re-search subjects. The control group consisted of 45 patients who underwent routine follow-up manage-ment.However,the intervention group consisted of 44 patients and was followed up by a multidisci-plinary health management team, who received three-tiered training and built an information platform based on the control group. The information platform was used to achieve tripartite linkage manage-ment from family, community, and hospital, with an intervention period of 3 months. Then we col-lected the data at the time for enrollment,4 weeks,12 weeks, and 24 weeks of intervention, and compared the medication compliance and social function between the two groups. Results:The medi-cation compliance and social function scores of patients in the intervention group at the three follow-up periods of 4 weeks,12 weeks, and 24 weeks were significantly higher than those before the interven-tion(P<0.05).Inter-group comparison results showed that the scores of medication compliance in the intervention group were higher in the three follow-up periods than in the control group with a statis-tically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,The scores of social func-tion in the intervention group were significantly increased at 4 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).However,there was no statistical difference between the intervention and the control group at 24 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion:The tripartite linkage model based on informatization can effectively improve patient medication compliance and social function.
