摘要
心血管疾病对人类安全造成很大威胁,如何理解内在的分子机制并以此提供靶向治疗成为当前急需解决的问题.单细胞测序从表观基因组学、转录组学等方面揭示疾病的内在联系,这可能成为未来心血管疾病靶向治疗的利器.因此,本文综述了单细胞测序的原理及其在心血管疾病中的应用和最新进展,旨在为心血管疾病基础或临床研究提供新的思路.
Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases pose a significant threat to human safety,and how understanding the underlying molecular mechanisms and providing targeted therapies has become an urgent issue that needs to be addressed.Single-cell sequencing can reveal the internal relationship of diseases from epigenomics,transcriptome,and other aspects.It may become a powerful tool for targeted treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,we review the principles of single-cell sequencing and its applications and the latest developments in cardiovascular diseases to provide new ideas for basic or clinical research on cardiovascular diseases.
