2型糖尿病相关心律失常的神经免疫研究进展

摘要
2型糖尿病患病人数逐年增长,其并发症多.在 2型糖尿病并发症中,心血管疾病是患者的最主要死因,与2型糖尿病相关心律失常是其中重要死因之一.自主神经受损、神经免疫功能紊乱导致2型糖尿病患者心脏去神经支配,临床表现为心律失常,增加了死亡风险.本文就2型糖尿病相关心律失常的神经免疫研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
The number of people with type 2 diabetes is increasing every year and its complications are numerous.Among the complications,cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in patients with type 2 diabetes.Among them,type 2 diabetes-related arrhythmia is also one of the important causes of death in patients with type 2 diabetes.Damaged autonomic nerves and neuroimmune dysfunction lead to cardiac denervation and clinical manifestations of arrhythmias in type 2 diabetic patients,increasing the risk of death.This article reviews the advances in neuroimmune studies of arrhythmias associated with type 2 diabetes.
