淋巴瘤患者不同抑郁临床亚型与部分血液学指标的相关性分析

摘要
目的:分析淋巴瘤患者不同抑郁临床亚型抑郁程度与血液学指标的相关性.方法:对2022年1-8月在武汉大学中南医院住院治疗的74例淋巴瘤患者采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)自编问卷进行问卷调查,并收集调查当天患者的血液学指标.使用Pearson相关分析患者的抑郁评分与血液学指标的相关性.结果:55.4％的淋巴瘤患者出现了抑郁表征.淋巴瘤患者的抑郁情绪评分与血清乳酸脱氢酶之间呈显著正相关(r=0.338,P=0.008),快感缺失与血清超氧化物歧化酶之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.239,P=0.040),认知抑郁与血清钙呈显著负相关(r=-0.211,P=0.036),躯体症状和红细胞之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.322,P=0.005).结论:血清乳酸脱氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、钙和红细胞计数4项指标可能分别是评估抑郁情绪、快感缺失、认知抑郁和躯体症状这4种亚型抑郁程度的潜在标志物.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between the degree of depression and hematologic indexes of different depression subtypes in lymphoma patients.Methods:From January 2022 to August 2022,74 patients with lymphoma who were hospitalized in Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University were in-vestigated by using the self-rating depression scale(SDS),and the hematological indexes of the patients on the survey day were collected.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation be-tween patients'depression scores and hematological indicators.Results:In total,74 patients with lym-phoma were evaluated,55.4％had symptoms of depression.There was a significantly positive correla-tion between the Depressed Mood score and serum lactate dehydrogenase(r=0.338,P=0.008),and a significantly negative correlation between the anhedonia score and serum superoxide dismutase(r=-0.239,P=0.040).There was a significantly negative correlation between the cognitive depres-sion score and serum calcium(r=-0.211,P=0.036)and between the somatic depression score and erythrocyte(r=-0.322,P=0.005).Conclusion:Lactate dehydrogenase,superoxide dismutase,se-rum calcium,and red blood cell count may be potential markers of depressed mood,anhedonia,cogni-tive depression,and somatic depression.
