摘要

目的:探讨血浆置换(PE)联合双重血浆分子吸附系统(DPMAS)人工肝模式在急性肝功能衰竭(AHF)患者中的应用效果.方法:随机选取2019年1月-2022年1月80例AHF患者,分为对照组与观察组各40例.对照组采用PE模式治疗,观察组联合应用DPMAS模式进行治疗,随访3个月,对比两组患者血常规、凝血功能及肝肾功能变化,观察临床基本指标及预后差异,统计治疗期间相关并发症发生情况.结果:观察组血常规、凝血功能、肝肾功能及预后情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组临床基本指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者并发症发生率无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:PE+DPMAS人工肝模式在AHF患者中具有积极的应用效果,对于改善患者凝血及肝肾功能,提高预后具有积极作用.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of plasma exchange(PE)combined with double plasma mo-lecular absorber system(DPMAS)artificial liver mode in patients with acute hepatic failure(AHF).Methods:A total of 80 patients with AHF from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PE artificial liver mode,and the observation group was treated with DPMAS artificial liv-er mode.The patients were followed up for three months.The changes in blood routine,coagulation function,and liver and kidney function were compared between the two groups.The basic clinical in-dexes and prognosis were observed.The incidence of related complications during treatment was counted.Results:The blood routine,coagulation function,liver and kidney function,and prognosis of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The basic clinical indexes of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:PE+DPMAS artificial liver support system has a positive effect on the treatment of AHF,which can improve coagulation,liver and kidney function,and prognosis.
