摘要
目的:探讨药源性跌倒高风险防范措施查检表(简称查检表)预防精神科药源性跌倒发生的效果.方法:选取2022年6-10月和2023年6-10月精神科药源性高风险跌倒患者318例为研究对象,采用类实验性研究方法,将 2022年 6-10月精神科收治的 151例患者分为对照组,2023年 6-10月精神科收治的 167例患者分为观察组,对照组行常规护理管理,观察组在此基础上采用自制的药源性跌倒高风险防范措施查检表进行管理.观察两组患者干预前后跌倒发生率及住院满意度.结果:两组管理前后跌倒发生率、住院满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论:查检表管理能显著降低精神科患者药源性跌倒发生,提高住院患者生活质量及住院满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of preventive measures checklist for high risk of drug-induced falls in the psychiatric department.Methods:The study selected 318 high-risk psychiatric patients for pharmacologically induced falls from a hospital between June and October 2022,and June and Octo-ber 2023.Using a quasi-experimental design,151 patients admitted to the psychiatric department from June to October 2022 were assigned to the control group,and 167 patients admitted from June to October 2023 were assigned to the observation group.The control group received routine nursing management,while the observation group was managed with a self-developed checklist for high-risk pharmacologically induced falls,in addition to routine care.The incidence of falls and patient satisfac-tion with hospitalization were observed and compared before and after the intervention in both groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences(both P<0.05)in the incidence of falls and pa-tient satisfaction with hospitalization before and after management between the two groups.Conclusion:The checklist management significantly reduces the incidence of pharmacologically in-duced falls in psychiatric patients,improving the quality of life and satisfaction of hospitalized patients.
