Objective:To explore a multi-channel,highly sensitive, and intelligent non-invasive monitoring plan for mice blood pressure, achieving group monitoring of mouse blood pressure and automatic data collection and analysis. Methods:A total of 30 male C57BL/6 mice weighing 18-20 g were randomly divided into hypertension groupⅠ,hypertension groupⅡ,and blank control group, with 10 mice in each group.During the modeling process of hypertension in mice,CODA blood pressure monitoring equipment was used to continuously monitor the peripheral blood pressure of mice for 8 weeks; The monitoring data were collected and analyzed to explore possible influencing factors, and to improve and optimize the blood pressure monitoring plan. Results:According to this plan,we achieved simul-taneous blood pressure monitoring of 8 mice each time, with a single monitoring time of 4-5 min.The operation process is simple and practical, and the mice have low stress and stable state. The blood pressure monitoring data of hypertensive groupⅠ,hypertensive groupⅡ,and blank control group mice all followed a normal distribution, and the standard deviation(σ)was less than 10%of the mean. The overall data was relatively concentrated with low dispersion, indicating that the CODA monitoring equipment has good stability and accuracy. The blood pressure of mice in hypertensive groupⅠ and hypertensive groupⅡ was significantly increased as compared with that in the control group, and reached the peak after 7 or 8 weeks. Conclusion:The non-invasive monitoring plan for mice blood pressure proposed in this study has many advantages such as easy operation,non-invasion,high monitoring efficiency, and accurate data.It can achieve rapid batch monitoring of mouse blood pressure, solve the problem of batch monitoring of mice blood pressures in the current field of biomedi-cine research, and is suitable for large-scale promotion and application. At the same time, this plan re-duces the influence of relevant factors in blood pressure monitoring from multiple aspects, minimizes experimental errors to the greatest extent, and ensures the welfare and ethics of experimental animals.
