microRNA-124在神经系统中的研究进展

微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是在动物、植物和一些病毒中发现的一类内源基因编码的非编码单链小RNA,其在细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等起关键作用.近年来研究证实微小RNA-124(microRNA-124,miR-124)在神经系统中具有促进神经细胞分化、促进轴突和树突分支及突触传递、抗神经炎症和抗凋亡等生物作用.现围绕miR-124与神经系统发育及相关神经系统疾病核心病理生理过程进行综述,以期为神经系统疾病治疗提供参考.
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of small non-coding single-stranded RNAs encoded by endogenous genes found in animals,plants,and some viruses,which play key roles in cellular activities such as cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,etc.Recent studies have found that microRNA-124(miR-124)participates in the differentiation,axon,and dendritic arborization,synaptic transmission,and the pathogenesis of neuroinflammation and apoptosis.This review focuses on the relationship between miR-124 and the development of the nervous system,the core pathophysiological processes of related nervous system diseases,to provide certain references for neurological disease treatment.
