摘要
皮肤反射式共聚焦显微镜(RCM)是一种动态、实时的先进检测工具,为皮肤病的无创诊断提供了一种新手段,目前已被广泛应用于皮肤肿瘤、色素性皮肤病、炎症性皮肤病等各种皮肤病的诊治中.同时,人工智能技术在皮肤病学领域的应用也日益广泛,尤其在辅助诊治方面展示出巨大的潜力.目前,临床中皮肤反射式共聚焦显微镜图像质量不一,且相关使用及诊断成本较高,但人工智能技术可以起到有效的辅助诊断作用.本论文探讨了人工智能技术在各种常见皮肤病的反射式共聚焦显微镜图像中的应用.
Abstract
Reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM)is a dynamic,real-time detection tool that provides an approach for non-invasive diagnosis of skin diseases,which has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of various skin diseases such as skin tumors,pigmentary disorders,and inflammatory skin diseases.Currently,the application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in dermatology is gradually developing and playing an important role in assisting diagnosis and treatment.Due to the variability in the quality of RCM images in clinical practice and the high cost of utilization and diagnosis,AI technology can play an effective role in assisted diagnosis.This review explores the application of AI technology in RCM images of various skin diseases.
