激光在面部皮肤年轻化中的作用研究进展

摘要
在过去的十年里,激光皮肤重建技术显著推进了面部皮肤年轻化治疗的发展.激光治疗的生物学效应主要是激活成纤维细胞和角质形成细胞,促进真皮层中胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白纤维的合成,并降低基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的表达.本文综合分析了面部皮肤老化的临床症状、组织学特征,以及不同种类激光治疗技术的作用机制及其在面部皮肤年轻化中的应用研究进展,以期为激光在皮肤年轻化中的应用提供临床策略和建议.
Abstract
Over the past decade,laser skin resurfacing has changed the traditional approach to facial skin rejuvenation.The biological effects of laser treatments are mainly the activation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes,the promotion of collagen and elastin fiber synthesis in the dermis,and the reduction of matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)expression.This article comprehensively analyzes the clinical symptoms and histological features of facial skin aging,as well as the mechanism of action of different types of laser treatment techniques and their application in facial skin rejuvenation,to provide clinical strategies and recommendations for the application of lasers in skin rejuvenation.
