摘要
白癜风是一种慢性、获得性皮肤色素脱失性疾病,患者常因表皮黑色素细胞功能丧失而导致皮肤出现边界清晰的无症状白斑.目前,白癜风的治疗仍是皮肤科的一大难题.近年来,光电技术的发展为白癜风的治疗提供了新的可能,本文就近年来白癜风的光电治疗机制、方法、疗效进行综述.
Abstract
Vitiligo is a chronic,acquired skin depigmentation disease in which patients often develop asymptomatic white spots with clear borders due to the loss of epidermal melanocyte function.At present,the treatment of vitiligo is still a major problem in dermatology.In recent years,the development of photoelectric technology has provided new possibilities for the treatment of vitiligo patients.The mechanisms,methods and therapeutic effects of vitiligo phototherapy in recent years are summarized as follows.
