摘要

皮肤表皮及真皮损伤后愈合修复形成瘢痕,瘢痕可分为正常性瘢痕、萎缩性瘢痕、增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩,其中后三者为病理性瘢痕,常伴有疼痛、瘙痒等不适,不仅影响机体功能及美观,还严重影响患者身心健康.1 064 nm激光能被皮肤中的水、血红蛋白、黑色素同时吸收,在瘢痕治疗中不断受到关注,本文就1 064 nm掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光在病理性瘢痕中的应用作一综述.

Abstract

Scars are the result of the body's healing process following skin damage.They are classified into several types:normal scars,atrophic scars,hypertrophic scars,and keloids.The last three are classified as pathological scars characterized by pain and itching.These conditions not only impair the skin's function and appearance but can also have a significant negative impact on a patient's quality of life and mental health over time.The 1 064 nm laser is effective in scar treatment because it can be absorbed by water,hemoglobin,and melanin in the skin.This article reviews the application of 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of pathological scars.
